Room Occupancy
- The maximum number of guests to a bedroom with 2 beds may not exceed four persons.
- The maximum number of guests to a bedroom with 1 bed may not exceed two persons.
- Extra charges will be levied for the 3rd and/or 4th guest sharing a room.
Children
- Children 12 and under stay for free.
- $10.00 Daily occupancy charge per child between the ages of 13 and 17, sharing a room with a parent.
Beds
- Maximum beds in a room are 2.
- Should you require a cot, they are available at $10.00 per night plus taxes, but we only allow one cot per room.
Smoking Policy
- We are a non-smoking facility and will charge your credit card with a $400.00 cleaning fee if you smoke in the room.
Pets
- We are a Pet-Friendly Hotel with a designated station for your dog’s outside needs. There is a $20.00 per pet per night charge for your furry companion, regardless of the length of stay.
- Guide dogs are complimentary.
- Pets may not be left alone in guestrooms.
- Pets must be leashed at all times and are not allowed in the hotel restaurants or lounge. Maximum of 2 pets per room. Management may allow more than 2 pets per guestroom, please check with the front desk
